In this cozy, welcoming circle, you’re invited to show up exactly as you are. We’ll share a homemade mostly vegetarian meal, meaningful conversations, and gentle practices that help us slow down, breathe, and connect more deeply—with ourselves and with one another.

This intimate gathering is for women seeking warmth, inspiration, and genuine sisterhood during a season that can be both beautiful and overwhelming.

I'm Kathy, a compassionate and experienced healing arts practitioner dedicated to creating safe, nurturing spaces for individuals to heal, grow, and connect. With a passion for community building, I bring people together through transformative events, retreats, and training programs that foster deep connections, inspiration, and healing.

As an Advanced Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Sound Healer, and Advanced Practitioner of Integrative Energy Therapy, I offer a holistic approach to energy healing, promoting emotional balance, relaxation, and spiritual well-being. My work is centered around sharing my intuitive healing gifts with others, helping them tap into their inner light and potential.Through my Healing Journey Series, retreats, and community events, I provide opportunities for individuals to connect, share, and grow together. My goal is to create a supportive and loving environment where people feel seen, heard, and valued.
