This series is for anyone who is beginning to trail run up to elite athletes wanting that Spartan Podium spot!
This series is a progression of trail running that starts with how to run more efficiently on the trails, how to get faster on the hills & climbs, and getting through your next Spartan Race...just alive or on the podium!!! ;)
This series will lead us to our 4 week Mountain Series which will lead us to Big Bear!
$20 per session OR all 4 sessions for $50
MARCH 23: TRAIL RUNNING 101 @ 9AM - QUAIL HILL LOOP (2-3 miles)
MARCH 30: HILLS & CLIMBING @ 9AM - PETER'S CANYON (3-4 miles)
APRIL 6: TRAIL RUNNING @ 9AM - PACIFIC RIDGE TRAIL (5 miles)
APRIL 13: TRAIL RUN @ 9AM - TOP OF THE WORLD (10K)
