Master starter cultivation, dough preparation, shaping, and baking techniques. Learn not only how to make a traditional rustic sourdough boule, but also how to apply your knowledge of using a sourdough starter culture and the sourdough method to make other sourdough goodies like pizza dough, focaccia, baguettes, and more! Take home a starter culture and your own ready-to-bake boule!
