Often, this grief lives quietly in the body, the heart, and the nervous system, asking to be acknowledged and gently held.This sacred grief sound bath is a space to pause, receive, and be nurtured.This space is held with deep care, informed by my training as a Certified Grief Educator and my experience supporting hospice patients and their families.Through the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Reiki energy, and compassionate presence, you are invited to soften, release, and reconnect with a sense of peace within.
