What if we were able to discover the inner depths of our behaviors, the root cause of our patterns and habits, and the connection between our internal environment and that of our external environment? Regardless of your meditation experience, our sound meditations are powerful enough to place even the most anxious minds into a meditative state.Our evening includes an introduction to meditation and mindfulness, a 45 minute guided sound bath meditation, and a closing ceremony to integrate your journey.doTERRA essential oils are available free of charge to enhance your meditation experience with aromatherapy.Our meditations are open to anyone with a willingness to create change in their lives and those looking to live a more fulfilled life that comes from their hearts.Please bring the following for the sound bath:- Yoga Mat- Blanket- Pillow- Eye Covering- Cushion to prop the legs up- Water- Wear comfortable and loose clothingEntry is $35 | 2 Tickets for $60 | 3 Tickets for $75 | 4 Tickets for $80Optional Add-Ons:-Enhance your sound bath experience by renting a blanket or two for additional warmth and comfort. Each blanket is cleaned and disinfected before our events and are convenient for those who wish to come to the sound bath without having the worry of bringing their own set up. We advise renting at least two blankets per person with the addition of a third if you need one to elevate your head.We will have a resident tarot reader offering tarot readings for this event as well.
