We will be creating a beautiful and sacred space to share the basics of journeying within a Shamanic perspective, as it is our belief is that this is a tool that everybody should master to help support them on their journey.

This will start with Smudging and Clearing ourselves and the space and Calling in the Directions. We will talk about the beauty, ethics and the appropriate respect of journeying, learning about the upper and lower worlds, and of working with Spirit, .
In this gathering we will run through the beginnings of how to initiate a journey, step by step, during a quiet visualisation in a meditative space. This is specifically for those new at this, and it will give you time to envision it and make you feel comfortable before the drumming starts and your journey begins. For those who have already experienced a journey, or the start of one; then this may help you to delve a bit further.

We will journey to the Lower World and just experience the moment - no expectations - just being in that space between ordinary reality and non-ordinary reality. If you have been able to do this before, you can go deeper with questions for yourself, or for others with their permission.

What you experience is exactly what you are meant to experience. This world is a place where your power can be found, and a place to go to for answers to any questions you may have.
If you wish to document your experience, please bring a book or a journal to write in.

Our aim is to share our knowledge to help assist others on their path to growth and discovery, and we are very excited to be working with you.

Please bring a cushion, or something to lay on if you prefer, or we will have chairs available. An eye mask will be necessary to help block out any light or distractions.
We truly look forward to having you join us in this sacred space.
