We will teach you:How to choose an appropriate stitch.How to use a sewing machine - reverse stitch, starting and finishing your work.Simple patchwork stripes.How to use pinking shears to finish your edges.decorative stitching.You will feel comfortable using a machine, so that together we can make a Christmas Tree Decoration by the end of the class.This class is designed to help you gain the confidence you need to continue your sewing journey once you get home. Learning some of the basic rules of sewing will give you the best start to help you flourish in your new hobby.Each ticket covers the use of ONE sewing machine and ONE set of materials for the class. If adults would like to make their own project (not just supervise) another ticket must be purchased.All children aged between 8 - 15 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Who will be responsible for their behaviour and safety during the class.
