Where I will be facilitating first part of the event with  a discussion around transitioning the next phase of life with a peri or menopause body and the changes you feel that are taking place, sharing experiences, stories and inspiration to find what works for you and laughter amongst the chaos that has landed from within your body.  

Claire will be delivering a talk on perimenopause, often overlooked medical menopause  and affects of ADHD within perimenopause and menopause.

                                                                                                             Held every 6 weeks, sometimes there will be a theme, around bodies, with a guest speaker other times they will be a general discussion.  

I have kept the numbers intentionally small to reduce overwhelming and enable everyone who wishes to speak, the opportunity to do so.
