Please ignore the 'Free' status for the course. Due to our desired charging method, we are unable to amend this part of the event literature

For individual delegates you will be required to provide a PO number during the booking process to complete the order

If however you are booking a number of delegates on the course through Suffolk County Council Corporate a PO number can be supplied directly to Richard Sore at a later date (however please refer to the cancellation policy below)

Course Information

This Level 3 Ofqual regulated course is designed for those who work in lower risk settings, where a more focused level of emergency First Aid is suited to commonly arising situations. To confirm competency the delegates carry out practical assessments with a multi-choice question paper

There will be practical elements included on the day which delegates are required to take part in. If you are uncomfortable with taking part in physically orientated activities, you must discuss this matter with your Line Manger prior to the session to determine if being a First Aider is suitable for yourself and your role.

Every course conforms to the latest guidelines and protocols set out by the Regulating bodies, and additionally APW excel in making the courses specific to the delegates exact needs

General Information

The course will start at 09:30, and will look to finish for 16:30

Car Parking is available at the venue

Tea and coffee making facilities are available, as well as a fridge. There are no facilities on site to heat food, however there are a number of eateries located on the industrial estate which are within walking distance (Greggs, Costa, Asda, KFC, Burger King, Tim Hortons, etc)

Cancellation Policy

A two week cancellation policy is in place for this course. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the course date will result in the full amount being payable

Alternatively the host has the right to cancel the event if delegate numbers are too low. This decision will be made two weeks before the event date, and if cancelled by the host no charging will be made
