This is an outdoor event on a hard surface. Please arrive 15 minutes early to create your comfort space (e.g., personal yoga mat, gravity chair, blankets, pillows, etc.) to support and deepen your experience.  limited yoga mats and bolsters are provided

For your ultimate comfort-
BRING PERSONAL SUPPORT ITEMS such as water bottle, pillows, blankets, cushions, eye pillows, gravity chair, insect repellent, etc. 
Comfortable weather appropriate clothing.

 Tina McCoy believes in the potential for healing when we allow ourselves to slow our daily pace and attune to our true selves for connection.
In her sound and energy healing practices, she provides heart-centered offerings with sacred sound, honored space, and time-tested practices to support you. 
Tina is certified in Sound Healing, Yoga Nidra,  Meditations, and Reiki.  She is additionally a certified yoga teacher (CYT 200).
