A Two-day Workshop in Healing Presence and Reconciliation

For Christians and others longing to speak listen and live with greater truth and compassion.

Step into the sacred space between silence and speech.

Join us for a transformative workshop where the ancient words of Euripides' "The Trojan Women" meet the timeless wisdom of Orthodox Christian spirituality.


Through guided vocal and embodiment practices you will learn to reclaim your voice as an instrument of truth presence and healing—not just on stage but in your relationships your faith journey and your everyday encounters.


In This Workshop You Will:

learn embodied voice techniques rooted in classical acting craft Orthodox theology and contemplative practice;

rehearse and perform monologues from The Trojan Women a powerful ancient Greek tragedy of lament and resilience;

explore how presence—of body breath and word—can heal fractured relationships and inner wounds;

practice truthful communication that builds bridges instead of walls;

engage in embodied prayer and dialogue to integrate your discoveries;

encounter performance not as entertainment but as sacred offering...


Why The Trojan Women?

In this timeless play the women of a destroyed city grieve resist and speak truth in the ruins of war. Their voices echo our own—voices of trauma displacement and longing for wholeness. As Christians we do not turn away from suffering; we bring it into the light of Christ. This workshop invites you to embody lament as prayer and to discover the healing power of shared story.


For Whom Is This?

Orthodox Christians and others seeking spiritual and emotional resolution

Anyone longing to heal wounds in relationships or across divides

Artists actors seekers and peacemakers who value the intersection of theology creativity and healing


This workshop is led by Molly Caliger a Patsy Rodenburg Associate voice coach (PRA) doctor of homeopathy (DHom) and certified midwife. She holds a diploma in Orthodox Christian Studies from the Orthodox Institute for Christian Studies (UK) and a BA in anthropology and Russian from the University of Iowa (1983). She has been director of Tropos School of classical homeopathy and midwifery which she founded in 2006. She founded and directed The Russian Birth Project (a midwifery internship for Americans in Russian maternity hospitals) from 1992-2005. She currently teaches voice at the New York Acting Studio in Athens Greece. She continues her private homeopathy practice as well as directing her homeopathy school while incorporating Present Voice work. Molly has been leading workshops in The Present Voice since 2019 in Russia Greece and the US placing special emphasis on The Trojan Women since 2022.
