- **Event Description**: As the first full moon of spring rises, we’re gathering inside the Ciderhouse to toast to the changing seasons. The Pink Moon has long been a symbol of rebirth and the ground waking up, and we can’t think of a better way to celebrate that energy than with a seat at our table and a glass in hand!

On Thursday, April 2nd, from 6pm to 8pm, we’re hosting an intimate four-course dinner designed to bridge the gap between winter’s pantry and the first hints of spring.

? First Course | Gravlax with Bread and Pickled Beets.
Pairing:  Almacita 'Brut Rose'

? Second Course | New England Clam Chowder with Potatoes and Fennel.
Pairing: False Bay 'Chardonnay'

? Third Course | Ahi Tuna with Maple, Olives, Horseradish, Potatoes, and Pecans.
Pairing: Yuzu Chuhai Cocktail

? Fourth Course | Brown Sugar Squash Cake with Sorghum.
Pairing: Spiked Wilson's Cider

?️ Tickets are $85 per person. Your ticket acts as your reservation, so no need to print anything out.
