Remembering that everything is impermanent and changing, and that we are gifted right now with a precious human life, how can we live with more awareness and compassion? How can we support ourselves and each other in this space that we share with all beings between our birth and our death?

Join us sitting in contemplative remembrance of our impermanence, followed by mindful discussion of a short text on the theme of how to best to live while sitting with the awareness of constant change and transformation.

Mondays 7-8:15pm

at Iowa City Zen Center on 1025 Fairchild St.

If you are new to meditation, you are welcome to come at 6:50 for a brief orientation.
