So on Sunday, September 27th, we'll set the table and cook a meal that tastes like right now: a sweet corn fritter with shrimp butter beurre blanc, corn-braised tofu with roasted pepper ratatouille, a pork porterhouse with spoonbread, braised greens, and mustard potliquor, and a caramel apple dumpling to finish. Four courses, four drink pairings, one full moon. 

Come hungry, and stay a while. This isn't the kind of night that's in a hurry!
