From Caldecott Medalist Matthew Cordell comes a cozy nighttime adventure filled with curiosity, kindness, and a little bit of magic.

After being sent home from school with a fever, George wakes in the middle of the night to find a cricket inviting him on an adventure. Soon he’s magically shrunk down in size and following his tiny guide through a crack in his bedroom wall, across the moonlit yard, and into the home of a family of mice living beneath an old oak tree.
