Join our 8-week Winter Grind to Spring Shine Fitness Challenge and stay consistent through the cold months while building strength, losing body fat, and creating habits that last into spring and beyond.
Entry Fees
• Gym Members: $15
• Non-Members: $35
Your entry includes access to up to 11 group fitness classes per week for the full 8 weeks.
How to Earn Points
Participants earn points in three different ways:
1. Weight Loss Percentage
• 1 point for every 1% of body weight lost
2. Training Consistency
• 1 point for completing 3 group fitness classes or personal training sessions in a week.
3. Daily Movement
• 1 point for completing 12,000 steps on 4 separate days in a week
Weigh-Ins & Verification
• Every Monday
• 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Weight and weekly points verified in person
Group Fitness Class Schedule
• 5:30 AM – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
• 7:30 AM – Monday, Wednesday, Friday
• 9:00 AM -- Saturday
• 6:00 PM – Monday, Tuesday
• 7:00 PM – Wednesday, Thursday
