We will have food, crafts, a costume contest, music, and kids activities. There will be something for everyone! (NO FIREWORKS OR ALCOHOL)FUN RUN: The South Berkeley 4th of July Fun Run is open to all ages and abilities. The course is a 1/4 mile loop. There will be 2 race options:Democracy Dash - 1 LOOP - 1/4 mileFreedom Fun Run - 4 LOOPS - 1 mileCOSTUME CONTEST: Patriotic dress is encouraged - Come in your favorite RED, WHITE, & BLUE swag! PRIZE FOR THE BEST DRESSED!T-SHIRT MAKE & TAKE: All are invited to make your own Patriotic T-Shirt.KIDS STATION: We will have bubbles, water activities, and sidewalk chalk for the kids to play with.COMMUNITY MURAL: Help us create a work of art reflecting on the shared work of building and protecting our democracy.FOOD: Hot dogs, chips, cookies, & drinks will be provided.Space is limited to 100 participants, so get your free ticket today!Note: This event is being hosted and paid for by Lisa Cathro for West Virginia because of a great love for our community & our country.
