We prioritise gentle movement and connection over strenuous exercise, making it an ideal environment for comfort and bonding. Lou will adapt the flow to suit the needs of both mums and babies, ensuring everyone feels supported throughout.Following the relaxation, our LATNEM volunteers will be providing tea and cake at 11am. This is a wonderful opportunity to stay for a supportive chat and connect with other mums in the community.What to BringTo make the most of the session, please bring the following:A Yoga Mat: Mats will be provided, but if you want to bring your own to put on top then this is fine.Comfortable Clothing: Wear something soft and stretchy that allows you to move freely.A bottle of water.Baby Essentials: For those with little ones, please bring anything your baby normally needs during the day.There is no pressure and no expectations, just a welcoming space for you and your baby to breathe, move, and relax together.
