Join us for a deeply immersive 5-day training where we delve into the realm of Zenthai therapy - an intricate fusion of yoga asana, Zen Shiatsu, Thai massage and osteopathic principles, all intertwined with mindfulness at its core.

What you'll take home:

- A 90 min Zenthai bodywork sequence - giving and receiving bodywork gestures
- Mindful, nature-based practices for increased inner awareness
- The 5 Elements of Nature & their connection to energy systems
- Practical tools for structural and energetic therapy
- Insight into meridians and acupressure points

Zenthai Foundations Training is for anyone passionate about healing arts, whether you’re a bodyworker, yoga teacher, movement enthusiast, or just curious about deepening your connection to your own body. 
No prior experience needed - just an open heart!

Your Experience:

A beautiful, peaceful setting at Anam Cara Retreat in the Scottish Highlands.
Nutritious, wholesome vegetarian meals are prepared by experienced cooks, using organic produce where possible - including from the centre's own garden.
Guests will stay in three timber-clad cabins nestled into the hillside, each with south-facing mountain views. 

Investment:

Residential - £950 (includes teaching, accommodation, food, and all materials)

Non residential (giving priority to locals) does not include meals - $650
