Our supper club menu will be a vegan sweet potato, spinach and chickpea stew with herbal tea - please let us know if you have any specific dietary requirements 🌱

- Take a mat and any props that you'd like to practice with such as a block, bolster, cushion or rolled up blanket - whatever works for you
- Let us know if you'd like to borrow a mat, block or bolster - we have plenty of spares
- Bring plenty of layers and a blanket for relaxation
- No previous yoga experience necessary
- Please let us know if you are experiencing any barriers to coming along
- Parking at Kilmorack Hall is limited so please consider car sharing if possible
