This Woman Rising circle is a gentle yet powerful exploration of the Mother Wound and how the nurturing we did or did not receive can shape many areas of our lives.

Our early relationship with the mother often forms the foundation of how we experience safety, love, worth and belonging. When there have been wounds in this relationship they can unconsciously influence many aspects of life including

• Money and receiving
• Self worth and confidence
• Self care and nourishment
• Boundaries
• Relationships and attachment
• Trust and safety in the world
• The ability to rest and be held
• Our connection to our feminine power

Through inner work, meditation, journaling and gentle guided journeying we will begin to explore the beliefs and patterns that formed through this bond and soften what has been carried for too long.

This is an invitation to meet the parts of ourselves that long to be seen, heard and held.

We will also reconnect with the deeper truth that we all came from the Mother.

Beyond our personal mother there is the Great Mother. Mother Earth. The ancient presence that holds us, nourishes us and reminds us that we belong.

When we reconnect to this deeper mother energy something within us begins to restore.

We remember that we are supported.
We remember that we are worthy of care.
We remember that the nurturing we seek also lives within us.

We all came from the Mother and to the Great Mother we will all return.

This is a sacred space for women to gather, reflect, release and rise together.

Donations from this circle will go towards supporting our Community Tipi Fund helping us create a beautiful ceremonial space for healing, prayer and gathering here at Aurora Borealis Highland Retreat.
