Two hours of restorative yoga; a floor based practice on bolsters for deep relaxation-surrounded by candles, soft lightening and beautiful aromas. Relaxation is a physiological shift where the body begins to slow down. Heart rate softens, breath deepens, the muscles begin to let go of tension.

Deep conscious rest happens after relaxation. Combined with power of Breathwork and sound to soothe the mind, the body is no longer in a state of fight or flight and enters a space where healing begins. The body rejuvenates. It recalibrates.
REFLECT & RELEASE
Nature reminds us that letting go is part of growth. Just as the trees shed their leaves, we, too, can release what no longer serves us. Through a gentle blend of breathwork, and mindful visualisation, you’ll be guided into a deeper state of awareness. As the body softens, the mind begins to quieten, creating space to acknowledge what feels heavy and ready to be released.
REALIGN
As the season shifts, take a moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect with what truly matters. Join ICF Certified Life Coach, Autumn for a centring, creative workshop designed to help you awaken your inner vision and set meaningful intentions for the months ahead. Together, we will craft a vision board that nourishes your wellbeing and keeps you grounded in what matters to you, even when life speeds up again.
