The WELCourse
A rare opportunity to experience The WELCourse (Wellness Enhancement Learning) live with Dr David Reilly, a pioneering doctor, teacher and researcher.

Across five in-person days, you’ll step away from the noise, reset your self-care, and learn practical, evidence-informed tools to strengthen wellbeing, resilience and health for the long haul.

This is an award winning, science proven, RADICALLY DIFFERENT course shown in research to help create transformative, long term improvements in physical health, mental wellbeing and inner peace.

Overview

The WEL Journey is a five-day in-person course designed to help you navigate challenge, reduce stress-driven “autopilot”, and rebuild a steadier sense of wellbeing - physically, mentally and emotionally. Whether you’re dealing with everyday stress, recovering from a tough season, or doing fine but wanting to protect your future health, The WEL offers a structured, supportive learning journey, rooted in real-world clinical experience and scientific evaluation.
You’ll be guided by Dr David Reilly, whose work has supported thousands of people to make lasting changes in self-care and wellness.

What you’ll explore over 5 days

Each day builds on the last, giving you a clear pathway from insight → action → long-term integration:
� 1) THE SEED — Seeding the Shift in Your Wellness
Start where you are. Explore why change can be short-lived, and learn a new way to update your “map” of your current situation—opening up practical first steps towards healing and wellness.

� 2) THE NURTURE — Nourishing Your Life
Cut through nutrition confusion with grounded, common-sense guidance on real food and simple choices (your body deserves better than mixed messages and beige snacks).

� 3) THE PATH — Changing Your Path
Identify what you truly need to flourish, what gets in the way, and how to turn the ship with small, realistic changes that actually stick.

� 4) THE WELMIND — Breaking Free From Your Mind
Learn ways to quieten mental noise, challenge anxiety-fuelling thought patterns, and support more helpful behaviours and calmer inner space.

� 5) THE WELJOURNEY — Into the Future
Bring everything together and build “sailing skills” to navigate life’s storms—strengthening long-term self-care, resilience and wellbeing beyond the course.

The course includes ALL these datesTimes:12:30pm–5:30pmWhy the course is spread over non-consecutive days.
The WELCourse is intentionally delivered across non-consecutive dates. This isn’t a diary error — it’s part of the method.
Spacing the sessions gives you time to try things in real life, let the learning bed in, and notice what actually happens when everyday life rolls in with its greatest hits: obstacles, excuses, stress, fatigue, family stuff, work stuff… life stuff.
Then you bring what came up back to the next session, so challenges can be explored and tackled with support, rather than becoming the reason the learning fades away.

Please note: If you are unable to attend one of the days, you can catch up with the online version which is fully provided. We do ask a commitment to attend 4 days of the five days.

After the course completes, you’ll also receive a 1-hour 1–1 counselling/coaching session with Suzy Beaumont — fully trained Stress Solutions Coach and Psychotherapist, and founder of Change Your World.

This session can be done online or in person and is designed to help you:
Integrate what you’ve learned into your real routine
Troubleshoot what’s getting in the way
Strengthen your next steps so the benefits last
Work through anything which has arisen during the course.

What The WEL is not

Not group therapy (no one has to share their story or even speak)Not a quick fix, magic cure, or a single technique
Not a replacement for medical care (you should continue treatment and professional support as needed)
Not a self-help support group

If you can’t manage sitting in a group setting for 3–4 hours due to physical, emotional or mental health problems, this course may not be suitable at this time. If you need materials in a different format, please contact the organisers before booking.
