At Full Circle Retreats, we recognize that those who dedicate their lives to healing, teaching, and holding space often have the fewest opportunities to receive that same care themselves.


💚 This retreat is our way of giving back to the healing community that inspires us every day. We've intentionally priced this experience well below its true value so that more facilitators, healers, and retreat leaders can step away from serving and simply be supported.


Rather than maximizing profit, our goal is to invest in the people who invest so much in others.


🌎 Once each year, we open our doors to retreat leaders, healers, coaches, yoga instructors, and wellness practitioners for a restorative weekend offered at Community Pricing. This is our opportunity to give back to the people who spend the rest of the year caring for others.

Workshop: The Things They Never Teach You About Hosting Retreats

Facilitated by Full Circle Retreats Creator, Christina Baker

After helping facilitate and witnessing more than forty retreats over the past several years, Christina has seen just about everything—from magical breakthroughs and lifelong friendships to unexpected challenges that no retreat leader could have predicted.

This interactive discussion is part storytelling, part problem-solving, and part group therapy (with plenty of laughter). Together we'll explore the realities of retreat leadership: difficult personalities, roommate dynamics, emotional breakthroughs, last-minute surprises, and those unforgettable moments that eventually become everyone's favorite stories.

Come ready to laugh, share your own experiences, ask questions, and leave with practical insights—and perhaps the comforting realization that we've all had that participant.

Workshop: When Healing Gets Messy: Navigating Betrayal, Boundaries & Trust in the Healing Community

The healing community is built on connection—but like any community, misunderstandings, disappointments, broken trust, and even betrayal can occur. This facilitated conversation offers a safe and supportive space to explore the emotional realities of navigating difficult relationships while maintaining integrity, compassion, and healthy boundaries.

Together we'll discuss how to protect your peace without hardening your heart, communicate with authenticity, and continue serving from a place of wisdom rather than woundedness.
