We will start with some beautiful Organic Cacao  and a journey into what it is to be Alive, Followed by some gratitude in our Journals,

As it's International yoga day, We will do some beautiful breath based yoga, Then we shall celebrate with some Solar plexus dance . 

& then we chill with The beautiful vibes that is our reiki sound bath
