WORKSHOPS - JAN-MAY 2026 ? These gluten-free in-depth workshops have been created over many years. Working with gluten-free sourdough takes time accuracy and commitment. It is my passion to share and teach what I have learned with those that have the desire to bring this ritualistic lifestyle into their home benefiting your family and others around you.. I believe that with the desire and commitment anyone can master this tricky skill. The workshops are a full day teaching ensuring that the full science is taught clearly and passionately. Being accurate with gluten-free sourdough is critical, taking time and patience ensure the correct execution of methods is maintained which results in consistent success every time. If you wish to learn this tricky skill which I believe anyone can learn the new schedule is available and classes run until May 2026. This is the only classes available as I take time off with my family in the summer and also have other interesting fun things I do! Begin now / there is no reason you cannot. I believe that anyone with the desire to can. The classes are personal offering one-to-one communication observations and superb detailed scientific information. I have taught many people including psychiatrists doctors, teachers, nurses, NHS staff artists, bakers pizza makers, mums and many more. My passion is to improve my own health and to help people improve their health. When coming together in these groups we talk, we observe, we care about the environment- it feels like challenging tasks become manageable. I love meeting interesting people you help me also. Purpose is so powerful. The classes available in the schedule and are the only classes available until the autumn/winter. The winter schedule will also limited in number due to correct execution and preparation. Ensuring these teachings are nothing but the best you can learn. I do have limited space for one-to-one one- to -two and personal clients. Although they are limited. The classes have been designed over many years and preparing for groups take time commitment passion preparation and a week schedule so therefore the spaces are very limited.
