Sound Bath

Join me for a deeply relaxing and immersive sound bath experience. Using a blend of instruments such as Tibetan bowls, singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic sounds, we will soak in the soothing vibrations and sounds, giving you an opportunity to let go of stress, rebalance your energy, and simply be.
No experience is needed - just come as you are. Whether it’s your first time or you’ve joined us before, you’re warmly welcome. This session is open to anyone aged 16 and over.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion - anything that helps you get comfortable as you lie down and allow the sound to wash over you. I can’t wait to share this journey with you again.
Please also bring warmer clothes or extra blankets. We are journeying through the colder period of the year, so it can get a little chilly in the hall sometimes.
