We gather in community, holding space for one another in a safe, grounded, and compassionate way.

The rhythm of the drum has been used for thousands of years across many cultures as a tool for meditation, healing, ceremony, and spiritual connection. Through its steady beat, we are invited to quiet the mind, open the heart, and remember the wisdom that already lives within us.

Within the circle, we will:
• Journey with the drum in a safe and guided way
• Honour the seasons and the cycles of nature
• Take part in simple ceremonies and rituals
• Learn about the shamanic path and its practices
• Sing together and share sacred songs
• Connect with spirit through prayer, intention, and gratitude
• Support one another within a respectful and welcoming community

This is an opportunity to step away from the noise of everyday life, reconnect with yourself, and align with the energy of the present season. Whether you are seeking healing, clarity, inspiration, or simply a sense of belonging, you are warmly welcome here.

• No previous experience is needed.
• This circle is open to everyone - whether you are completely new to shamanic practices or have been walking this path for many years. 
• Come exactly as you are, with curiosity and an open heart.

If you don't have a drum, please don't worry, as I always bring a selection of community drums that you are welcome to use during the circle.
