Participants will arrive at 10 am and join us in Flower Ceremony to connect with intention and each other.  We'll then drop into the present moment with Mindful Walking, and float into a lunch catered by our private chef.  After lunch, enjoy Sound Bowl Healing and Reiki Infused Meditation, the transformation of Mariposas Dance, a Self Care Workshop, which offers you tools to take home.  We'll all enjoy a seasonal dinner, then a fire ceremony to end your day!
