This Reiki Level 1 course is your introduction to the beautiful, life-changing world of Reiki.

This course is split into two parts:
Theory (completed at home)
Once you book, you’ll be emailed a detailed Reiki Level 1 manual to work through in your own time before the practical day.
Practical Training Day (in person)
This is a full, immersive day where everything comes together.
On the day, you will:
Receive your Reiki Level 1 attunement
Learn how to sense and feel energy
Learn how to heal yourself and others
Practice a full Reiki treatment
Learn hand positions for self-healing and treating others
Learn how to balance the chakra system
Use a pendulum to check chakras
Work with chakra crystals
Learn a self-healing meditation
Learn how to give Reiki to animals, plants and even food.

The day is supportive, practical and confidence-building, with time to ask questions and practice what you’re learning.
