We’ll cover map reading, compass use, and basic route planning in the morning indoors  and in the afternoon we will practice our new skills  in the local outdoor hills up to 300m—all in person with real gear. Closer to the date we will give a kit list but you will need kit for walking, food for a day and fitness to walk up hills around 300m.
