These sessions consist of guided meditation practices and sometimes mindful movement with time for informal discussions to provide an opportunity for participants to talk about their mindfulness practice. The sessions are led by various trained mindfulness facilitators with many years of experience.Please bring anything you need to be comfortable - e.g. blanket, cushion, yoga mat if you wish to lie down, and something to drink if you wish.These sessions are free but we welcome any donations for our charity.No need to book - just turn up!Our sessions are open to anyone over 18.We are a secular group (not religious) and we are grateful to use the Chapel space thanks to NHS Highland.If travelling by car, please allow extra time to find a parking space as the RNI car park is often very busy.
