It’s designed to give you confidence, structure and clarity, not just in meditating, but in teaching it professionally.

• Brainwaves and states of consciousness
• Posture and creating a safe environment
• How to structure and teach a meditation class
• Breathing techniques

• Voice, presence and delivery
• Writing your own guided meditations
• Teaching professionally and ethically
• Several written meditations ready for immediate use

This is a one-day in-person training.
