This ABSOLUTE AUCTION features a complete restaurant liquidation and building demo sale from the former Perkins Restaurant — everything inside or attached must go! Ideal for commercial restaurateurs, food truck operators, hospitality businesses, contractors, builders, and creative up-cyclers, this sale includes a huge assortment of front-of-house furnishings such as booths, dining tables, seating, highchairs, waiting benches, hostess fixtures, décor, lighting, and condiment organization. The kitchen line is well-equipped with gas fryers, flat-top griddles, broilers, steam tables, stainless workstations, mixers, slicers, choppers, prep tools, baking trays, pots, pans, milkshake mixers, utensils, and hundreds of pieces of plates, bowls, glasses, and dinnerware.
