You are invited to step away from the noise of everyday life and enter a space of deep rest, reflection, and inner exploration through ancient rhythm, sound, and relaxation. Over 90 nourishing minutes, you’ll be gently guided into relaxation before being taken on an immersive drum journey using rhythmic drumming designed to support altered states of awareness, imagination, insight, and connection. Each person’s experience is unique. Some people feel deeply connected to nature and the Earth, others experience vivid inner journeys, emotional release, clarity, or a sense of connection to their higher self. Some simply experience profound rest and relaxation. There is no right or wrong experience, only your own. The session will then flow into a restorative sound bath using a range of soothing instruments including singing bowls, Solfeggio chimes, song, bells, rain stick, voice and more This is a safe, supportive and grounding experience that many people describe as deeply calming, expansive and unlike anything they’ve experienced before. Whether this is your first sound bath or you’ve explored similar practices before, you are warmly welcome. Unlike our regular Ishka breathwork sessions, this experience does not involve active breathwork and is suitable for anyone wanting a gentler, fully supported journey into rest and sound.
