Join us on the first Wednesday of every month from 6:30 - 8ish for an evening of rhythm, movement, laughter, and deep relaxation. We'll shake off the stress of the week with a playful, heart-opening experience that includes:

🥁 A facilitated community drum circle
💃 Ecstatic dance (move however your body wants to move!)
🎶 A deeply relaxing sound bath to leave you grounded and restored

No choreography.
No pressure.
No judgment.
Just good people, good vibes, and permission to let loose.

For September & October, we'll gather inside the cool & cozy Zen Den. Once the Florida weather cools down, we'll move outside under the stars and by the fire.
