Gratitude Yoga in the Park

Join us for our sixth annual Gratitude Yoga in the Park Thanksgiving morning for a blend of asana, pranayama and meditation (poses, breath work and stillness) to start your day grounded and with a grateful heart!

🍁These practices help us connect to our own Presence, Wholeness and Gratitude
🍁Surround yourself with loving, fun and kind human beings while enjoying nature
🍁Enjoy a soulful yoga class surrounded by nature and your community

🍂Please dress appropriately as this is an outside event. Bring a mat, towel/blanket, any props you use, a reusable water bottle, your favorite human & of course your fur baby 🐕

🍂This is a donation-based class benefiting the fur babies at the Citrus Animal Shelter 🐾💕 please consider bringing a donation of pet food, toys, blankets, other items or cash/check as a donation.
