The Winter asks for us to listen, reflect, draw inwards and rest. 

Now is not the time to have the whole of 2026 mapped out.  Expectations, pressure and broken resolutions. 

Inside many of us hold a longing, buried beneath the noise, buts and  if onlys…

Present Heart Yoga and @autumnmacaulaycoaching invite you to join us for a Gentle Beginnings Retreat. 

A space to breathe deeply, held by the rhythm of your breath.  Gentle yoga, soundbath and journaling to winter inside.

We shall gather round the fire at the tranquil @estate_of_ord and reconnect with truly matters. Gentle, candle-lit yoga, sound, breath-work and meditation.

Together we will gently release what no longer serves us  through a soulful fire ritual, set intentions rooted in how you want to feel and create a personal affirmation to carry into 2026.

No noise, no pressure, no expectations but a calm intimate space to rest, reflect and begin again~  your way. �

Following the success of our first Wintering Retreat , this is the natural next step. 

Come as you are.
Leave feeling grounded, lighter, and more connected  to yourself. 

A quiet space to notice what you are carrying and exhale into the New Year with intention, clarity and self compassion. 

In slowing down we remember what matters, connection and intentional  living. 

If your body is craving calm , warmth and rest …
