Week 1: Foundations & Functional Flow

Struggling to start (or stick with) a regular movement or yoga practice?
This workshop is designed to help you build a strong, supportive foundation, without pressure, perfection, or overwhelm.
In this first session of the Building a Self Practice series, we’ll explore what’s been holding you back and gently remove the barriers that make practice feel difficult or unsustainable.
You’ll be guided through simple, functional movements that help you:
✨ connect with your body
✨ move in ways that feel strong and supportive
✨ build confidence to practise at home
This workshop is ideal if you want a practice that fits real life — one that supports your energy, your body, and your wellbeing, rather than adding another “should” to your week.
All levels welcome. Options and adaptations offered throughout.
£25 per session or £80 for all 4:
This price includes 2.5 hours of in person support and a 20 minute video to help you build a sustainable and enjoyable practice at home.
