It is a time to offer thanks to nature and Mother Earth for the harvest and fullness of summer, and also for the achievements in our personal lives.

We will reflect on the harmony and balance in our lives, give gratitude for what we have reaped, sow the seeds of our future hopes and dreams, let go of what no longer serves us and learn to welcome in change.

The day will include:
2 x yoga sessions
2 or more x meditation
journaling
oracle card reading

£45 per person, 50% non-refundable deposit required on booking.
