We are writing to invite you to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Culcabock & Drakies Community Hall Association. This meeting is an important opportunity to discuss the future of our organisation and our community hall.

At this year's AGM, we will be discussing a number of important matters, including:

Refurbishment of the Hall
The hall has been closed to bookings since March 2025, resulting in a complete loss of income during this period.

Unfortunately, the refurbishment project has experienced significant delays due to the Contractors that the insurers appointed to carry out the work, not completing the job, amongst other things, but we are happy to answer any questions regarding this on the night.

Volunteers and the Future of the Hall
To ensure the continued operation of the Community Hall, we urgently need additional volunteers.

Without new people stepping forward to support the hall, we may be faced with the difficult prospect of closing the facility permanently.

If you care about the future of this valuable community asset, please consider attending the AGM and becoming involved. Even a small contribution of time and expertise can make a significant difference.
