This intimate four-week Aerial High Silks series is designed for students who have completed Aerial for Beginners and are ready to expand their strength, confidence, and aerial skills. Working with the silks at a greater height invites you to develop resilience, body awareness, and trust while experiencing the exhilarating feeling of moving freely through space. More than just a fitness class, this is a guided journey that challenges you to step beyond your comfort zone while feeling supported every step of the way.  

Why High Silks?   

Aerial silks combine strength, flexibility, coordination, and creativity into a practice that is both empowering and deeply rewarding. You’ll experience:  

✨ Increased upper body, core, and grip strength  
✨ Improved flexibility, balance, and body awareness  
✨ Greater confidence in inversions, climbs, and aerial transitions  
✨ A powerful sense of accomplishment as you discover what your body can do

This progressive series builds week by week, allowing you to safely develop technique while expanding your aerial vocabulary.  

Week 1 — Foundations in the Air Review essential skills, climbing techniques, foot locks, and aerial conditioning while establishing confidence at height.  

Week 2 — Strength & Stability Refine inversions, explore transitions, and build the strength and control needed for longer aerial sequences.  

Week 3 — Flow & Expression Begin connecting skills into graceful combinations while developing fluidity, endurance, and aerial artistry.  

Week 4 — Flight & Celebration Bring together everything you’ve learned into a beautiful sequence that showcases your progress, strength, and confidence.
