This 90-minute guided journey invites you to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself through nature, movement and quiet reflection.

You’ll begin with a warm cup of chai on arrival, followed by a welcome ceremony and a gentle walking meditation into the paddocks to meet the herd. Part guided, part contemplative, the experience allows space for journaling, stillness and connection, where words fall away and awareness deepens through the presence of these beautiful animals.

Bring a blanket or chair if you wish (some will be available), along with your favourite journal, or use the materials provided. Please dress for the weather, as this experience takes place outdoors.

Located just five minutes from Inverloch, you’re also welcome to visit the farm gate afterward to take home local produce and treats.
