Expect strong, breath-led movement that helps release tension in the jaw, neck, shoulders, and hips, decompresses the spine, grounds you through the legs and feet, and builds strength with awareness and integrity over time. Conscious breathwork supports nervous system reset and energy flow, helping you reconnect to the intelligence and strength within your body.

After movement, settle into a deeply restorative live sound journey with singing bowls, chimes, flutes, guitar, and evocative vocals. The sound aids relaxation, emotional release, and soothes the nervous system, integrating the practice and leaving you grounded, clear, and deeply relaxed.

As the world is full of noise, anchoring within through yogic practice has become essential for our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing, helping us release tension, restore energy, and reconnect with ourselves.

About Your Host

Emma has been a dedicated yoga student, practitioner and teacher for over 20 years. Her work is informed by extensive experience as a bodyworker supporting injury recovery, tension release and emotional processing. She is also an intuitive energy and shamanic practitioner, working gently with deeply held patterns that can keep us stuck - helping people live more fully and freely.

Alongside this, she's a musician and sound healer in a world music band that has performed at Celtic Connections, the Euros and many other venues. She has also travelled to share sound healing with yoga teaches across the UK and Europe. And she sings and creates inspiring songs to uplift our emotional state, supporting healing and connection to love and joy. Sound is an integral part of her practice and is offered with both technical skill and deep presence.
