Notice is hereby given that the Rakiura Beneficial Tītī Islands AGM / Annual Permit Hui will be held on **Sunday 15 February 2026 at Te Rau Aroha Marae, Bluff, commencing at 10am**.  


All Permit Applications, nominations for Supervisors, and nominations for Committees Members, should be submitted using the relevant forms.  (The Permit form is attached; Nomination forms for Supervisors and Committee Members can be obtained by emailing the Secretary.)

These completed forms should then be **forwarded via email by Friday 6 February 2026** to [rakiuratiti.secretary@gmail.com](mailto:rakiuratiti.secretary@gmail.com) .
