Event

The 2026 Murihiku Women's Duathlon is an entry level event that can be entered as an individual or in a team of 2. Please note, it is more suitable for MTBs rather than a road bike.

Open to women aged 10 years and above.

Short Course Duathlon: 500m run, 8.5km MTB, 2km run

Long Course Duathlon: 500m run, 17km MTB, 3.5km run

Short Course Run/Walk: 3.5km

Long Course Run/Walk: 8.5km

Location

Start and finish at the Cabbage Tree. Participants run & bike their way around Sandy Point. The Duathlon is followed by nibbles and spot prizes.

Entries open soon
$50 per person or $100 for a team. 
Participants will receive a goodie bag (guaranteed for online entries only), a finishers medal, morning tea and a chance to win some awesome spot prizes.
