Where art becomes medicine, and creation becomes a pathway home to yourself.

This workshop opens a space unlike anything you experienced at school, free from rules, pressure, and perfectionism. Here, painting becomes a doorway back to your essence.

Led by Invercargill-based artist, facilitator and Spiritual Coach, Stephanie Macdonald (Steph Mac), this workshop invites you into a completely new relationship with art, identity, and inner expression.

Art is everywhere; creation is who we are.
All ages welcome, open to men, women, and children.

Workshop 2 Focus: PAINT YOUR SOUL

This workshop is an invitation to explore your inner world visually, to express who you truly are through colour, texture, shape, symbolism, and intuitive flow.

You’ll learn to listen to the imagery of your inner landscape and translate it into creative form.

This is where painting becomes personal, meaningful, and deeply revealing.

Break through patterns like:
• “I don’t know what my style is.”
• “I don’t know who I am creatively.”
• “I can’t express what I feel.”

This session reconnects you to your soul essence and helps you express it with confidence, freedom, and clarity.

You Will Experience:

• Guided meditation to meet your soul essence
• Exploring personal colour symbolism
• Techniques for translating emotion into visual language
• Learning how imagery, movement, and intuition guide your painting
• Releasing self-judgement and embracing authentic expression
• Creating your own intuitive “Soul Portrait”
• A gentle reflection circle

You leave with:

A personal Soul Portrait
A deeper understanding of your creative identity
The feeling: “This is who I am, and I can express it.”

About Steph: Steph is a pillar for inner safety, embodiment, spiritual remembrance, and creative liberation. She guides you gently into the parts of yourself that have longed to be expressed, through colour, movement, energetics, and intuitive creation.
