Teen Yoga Workshop

Intro to Yoga for Teens is a welcoming, beginner-friendly 60 minute workshop tailored for ages 13–17. Teens will be guided through gentle yoga poses, foundational breathwork, positive affirmations, and a calming guided meditation. This workshop empowers them with tools to manage stress, boost confidence, and find balance. Pre register at Innisfil.ca/activeinnisfil to reserve your spot. $28.00 Investment per person.
