- **Event Name**: Soundbath Healing
- **Event Start and End Date**: Wed, 14 Oct, 2026 at 07:30 pm – Wed, 14 Oct, 2026 at 09:30 pm (-04:00)
- **Event Description**: Join The Women's Wellness Circle Barrie Innisfil as we welcome back our dear friend Deborah Stapiak for a Soundbath ✨️
The Soundbath is an invitation to pause, soften, and return to yourself. Together, we'll create a sacred space to set an intention and gently leave the outside world behind. Through guided meditation, we'll arrive in the present moment and prepare to receive the sounds and vibrations of the Soundbath. As the journey unfolds, you will be invited to simply breathe, listen, and receive, allowing whatever wishes to arise.
We'll close in a peaceful silence, giving you a moment to integrate before you are gently guided back and then take a quiet moment for personal reflection, honoring whatever your experience has brought forward.
Deborah Stapiak is a Reiki Master/Teacher, Sound Practitioner, and founder of Earth Energy Reiki, a sacred space in Elmvale, Ontario. Dedicated to rest, restoration and inner connection.
Her journey with Reiki began in 2009, when she was first drawn to energy worktheough what she describes as both an intuitive knowing and a deep sense of coming home to something familiar. In 2020, Deborah completeness Reiki Master/ Teacher training and opened her private practice and metaphysical shop.
Today, her work has expanded beyond Reikito include Soundbaths, tuning forks, vibrational practices, restorative yoga, and other modalities that invite the body and mind to slow down, reconnect and restore balance.
A lifelong learner, Deborah continues to explore the relationship between sound, vibration, energy and consciousness. Her passion is creating welcoming, intentional spaces where people can step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with themselves.
For Deborah, the journey is never about arriving at a destination- it is about remaining curious, continuing to learn and following where the path leads next🙏
