Music amplifies Healing benefits of Movement 

Kim Tesolin is a passionate exercise instructor who leads movement experiences on land and in water. After a 29 year career as a secondary school educator-teaching English  and French  and supporting at-risk students in therapeutic settings- she transitioned into fitness.  She now teaches VON classes, Aquarius for The City of Barrie, Dance Fitness, and personal training programs focused on the 55+ community. 
Guided by her belief that movement supports healing and vitality, Kim encourages others to feel energized, balanced, and fully alive. She earned her White belt in the Nia Technique  10 years ago during her recovery from Stage 1 Breast cancer, discovering a Holistic practice that blends dance, martial arts and healing arts. For the past two years, she has taught Nia and Dance Fitness in Barrie, building a supportive and welcoming community. 
Through  Von Smart Exercise  and Osteofit training, Kim creates safe, adaptable classes  for all ages and abilities.  Music is central to her philosophy, "Dancing with the Universe" which reflects her approach to life- embracing challenges as opportunities to grow.
Beyond fitness, Kim serves on the Board of Directors for Youth Haven and chairs Barrie's Ribbons of Hope dragon boat team for breat cancer survivors.💕
